I never planned on running my own executive transportation company. My journey started behind the wheel—but not the kind you’d expect.

I began in logistics, driving a tractor-trailer across long stretches of highway, and eventually worked my way up to running well-known logistics companies. The hustle, the long hours, the constant movement—I loved it. Logistics taught me discipline, precision, and how to keep promises under pressure.

Then came a big opportunity: I moved from New Jersey to Atlanta to take on a VP of Logistics role. It felt like everything was lining up—until life threw me a curveball.

2. The Turning Point: A Forklift and a Fork in the Road

A serious accident—being hit by a forklift—forced me to pause and rethink everything. Suddenly, the momentum I had built came to a standstill. For the first time in years, I wasn’t behind the wheel of a company or a rig. I was faced with a question I hadn’t asked before: What’s next?

While recovering, I started driving Uber Black. At first, it was just a way to stay busy, but I quickly noticed something others overlooked: a gap in executive transportation.

Executives, attorneys, and VIP travelers weren’t just looking for a ride—they needed reliability, professionalism, and a true concierge-level experience. That realization became the seed of Silva’s Executive Transportation.

3. Building Silva’s: From Vision to Legacy

I took everything I had learned from logistics, operations, and leadership and poured it into building a company. Not just any transportation service, but one designed for the needs of high-level travelers: flight monitoring, corporate billing, guaranteed availability, and a chauffeur team trained for discretion and professionalism.

Success didn’t come overnight. There were challenges, late nights, and lessons learned. But out of that grind, a new standard was born.

Now, more than 10 years later—and celebrating 40 years of family legacy in transportation—Silva’s Executive Transportation serves law firms, Fortune 500 executives, and global travelers across multiple cities.
